About Theodore
We have all the modern conveniences of many larger centers such as shopping, recreation, camping, golf, fire protection, garbage pick-up, 911, first responders, cable TV and more. We have a daycare, a K-8 separate school in our community and a public school just 15 minutes away. The high school and post secondary education facilities are just 23 minutes away.
We have close access to churches, health care, restaurants, recreation, cultural and historical facilities. We are fortunate to have one of the lowest real estate prices in the province. We have an extremely good water supply being only four miles from the Theodore Reservoir and about 40 to 60 Km (25 - 40 miles) from two of the largest underground aquifers in the Province. Our geographical location is excellent for access to the major traffic infrastructure routes as we are situated on the main CPR line and on highway #15, which crosses Western Canada and connects us directly to Eastern and Western Canada as well as the North.
